Let’s face it Marajuana is all over Chattanooga. You can smell it when you drive around, and if you do not know what that smell is, it is likely just a skunk.

As many other states legalize marajuana, why are we continuing to jail and prosecute people in our own community? It is not rational, and it is a waste of community resources.

John Allen Brooks agrees. Even if you are not a local pothead, you too should see this as a rational approach. We should focus our police force on more important matters.
